RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and understand if you need to return/exchange the item.

Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the ship date. Items must be in new condition with all tags attached and original packaging materials, including garment bags. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached. Shipping charges on expedited orders are not reimbursed.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Happiest Tee, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to Happiest Tee. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

Should you place a domestic order and then refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to us along with a 20% restocking fee.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once we ship your order and it will include your tracking number.
